Landscape Artist Success

Yes, we know it’s only July but the Festival started in JULY! In the beautiful setting of King George’s Fields by the River Wharfe. 26 local artists took part in the Wetherby Landscape Artist Competition. We now have a shortlist of TEN who will exhibit in Wetherby Town Hall on 4th & 5th October (the first weekend of the Festival). A final winner will be chosen at the exhibition in the Town Hall in October and will receive a £50 prize.

And don’t forget, you can also enter our Comedy Poem Competition NOW which will also be judged in October (guess where you’ll find full details? You got it!) And, of course, tickets are available NOW for the Festival itself on 3rd-12th October, so you can go to the website and BOOK!!!
